- We do not normally work weekends, so please do not expect an immediate response during this time.

| What to do when the Auction ends: |
- Just press the "Pay Now" or "PayPal" button. If paying with PayPal just click continue and they take care of everything.
- If you wish to pay by another method Ebay will send you an email with all payment details. This is usually instant but can take up to 1 hour during busy period.

Payment Details: |
- We prefer payment by PayPal as this is the quickest method and allows most items to be dispatched the following day.
- Other payment methods include: Bank Transfers, Internet Bank Payments, Cash at any NatWest Bank, Cheques, Postal Orders and Cash on Collection.
- We require payment within 3 days of you winning the item.

- We are registered for VAT (No. 909 0132 51) and will provide a full VAT invoice with your item.
- As we are a legally registered company, you are further protected as all transactions are conducted in accordance with English Law.
- This includes the Distance Selling Regulation, which requires you to inform us within 7 days if you wish to cancel applicable contracts.

| Postage And Packing: |
- Ebay require us to send most items using an insured tracking courier; which unfortunately increases the cost but does protect you against loss or damage.
- The rate quoted is for UK MAINLAND (Excluding N.Ireland, IOW, IOM, CI, Scottish Islands, etc). For other areas please click HERE
- Collection is possible for most items (but not all) with cash payment, from our Crawley Offices between 10:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday. BUT there will be a £10 or 5% charge (whichever is lower); this is because items are normally shipped direct from our supplier, so we need to get the item to our Crawley Offices. We will also need 24 hours notice
- Combine Shipping - We do not offer discounts other than those stated in the listing

| Delivery Time: |
- If you have paid by PayPal and have a confirmed PayPal address then items are normally dispatched the next business day using a next day courier service.
- If you do not have a confirmed PayPal address items are normally dispatched the 3rd business day after payment.
- If you use any other payment method items are normally dispatched the day payment is cleared.

| Accepting Delivery: |
- Most deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure someone is at the address to accept and inspect the item.
- When signing you will notice that most couriers include the term “Received in good condition”. If you are unable to check the item please add “Unchecked” next to your signature.
- FAILED DELIVERIES - If a package is not signed for, it will be held at your local depot for 3 days waiting for collection and then returned to us. All returns/re-delivery to us will incur a 2nd postage charge.
- DAMAGED IN TRANSIT – Because damages must be reported to our couriers within 7 days please ensure your item is checked and any damages are reported to us within this time.
- PACKAGE CONTENTS - Any missing parts must be reported within 7 days. If you are unable to check your item or contents within 7 days of delivery please request a later delivery date.

- All Warranties are Return To Base
- As a guide to this items warranty please refer to item description. Otherwise our general warranty is 14 Day Return To Base Warranty.
- If you need to return an item you must first request an RMA (Returned merchandise authorization) and a returns form.
- In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund, and postage cost is non refundable.
- Refunds are only issued after you have agreed to and accepted the mutual Ebay cancellation.

| Open Box/Graded Items: |
- These items are sold in perfect working order, complete with all accessories (unless stated otherwise in the listing). These items are a mixture of: display models, unwanted gifts, ex-demo, reconditioned, or similar. Most items are in excellent condition but to avoid misrepresenting this item in any way please accept that there may be some cosmetic blemishes/scratches etc.

| YOUR responsibility: |
- By bidding you enter a binding contract to purchase the item.
- Please organise payment within 3 days from the end of the auction. If you do not pay or contact us within 3 days Ebay will automatically start the Unpaid Item Process.
- After 7 days if no contact is made and no payment is received we will end the Unpaid Item Process resulting in eBay giving you a strike and the item will be resold.
- If any member does not pay after winning an auction or the item was purchased in error - we reserve the right to charge a £10 cancellation fee as a contribution to our costs
- This includes parents who let children use their account and members who allow third parties access to their account.
