DAMAGED UNDER TRANSPORT OR ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED: Once parcel is delivered, it is in customer responsibility to check its condition. Please compare the received product with included “dispatch report” (see below for details) and contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of receipt if any discrepancies or damages under transport found. The high resolution photos of the item are taken to avoid any misunderstandings. The “Dispatch Report” signed by our testing engineers will be included in the package.
